Test squad announced against South Africa, KL Rahul's leave, Rohit got a chance

The Indian team has been announced for the three-Test series against South Africa. The first Test will be played in Visakhapatnam from 2 October.

The Indian cricket team has been announced for the three Test matches to be held between India and South Africa. KL Rahul is not named in Team India's 15-member squad, while Rohit Sharma has returned. Rising batsman Shubman Gill has been given a chance. Rishabh Pant and Wriddhiman Saha are both named as wicketkeepers. R. in Spin Department Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja and Kuldeep Yadav are. All three of his Test centuries have come at number-6. On the other hand, Hanuma Vihari, who scored the most runs (289) in the Caribbean series, will have his eyes on the team.

After the T20 series, the teams of India and South Africa will play a three-match Test series under the World Test Championship. The first match of the Test series will be played in Visakhapatnam from 2 October, the second in Pune from 10 October and the third in Ranchi from 19 October.
